To prepare for a change to our priority queueing system, we inadvertently triggered a bug in one of the dependent libraries in the service which resulted in reduced availability of the underlying queue database. We have pushed out an update of the dependency library and verified that the issue will not reoccur.

To reduce the impact of availability to the priority queueing system, we're going to work to increase redundancy of the underlying queue database, including a failover system should the primary one be unavailable.
