Post-call webhooks are fully operational.
Between 7:50 PM UTC and 09:52 PM UTC on July 9, some post-call webhooks (transcripts) failed to send due to a recent update. Post-call webhooks for audio were unaffected.
The problematic update was rolled back at 9:46 PM UTC, stopping new failures. Full call capacity was restored by 9:52 PM UTC. We are implementing improved testing, telemetry, and monitoring to prevent recurrence and enhance response times.
